Pavel is a project coordinator for the “Global Expert Network on Belarus”.
He is an analyst of the European Council on Foreign Relations. Pavel comes from Brest, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of International Relations of the Belarusian State University. Slunkin is an alumnus of a number of programs by the Netherlands Institute of International Relations Clingendael , Wake Forest University (USA), Friedrich Ebert Foundation (Germany). He worked for the Foreign Ministry of Belarus from 2014 and resigned in protest over the rigged elections and violence against the Belarusian people in 2020.
