Research Lead at the Center for New Ideas. Holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Belarusian State University. Since 2012, she has been engaged in applied research in the fields of social, economic, and political studies. She organises and conducts sociological research projects. She has experience in implementing international research projects and collaborating with the World Health Organisation, UNFPA, EBRD, USAID, and other institutions. She is the author and co-author of studies on public values, education, business, and related topics. She lives and works in Poland. Her research interests include research methodology, social and economic transformations, behavioral attitudes and public opinion, and the sociology of everyday life.
