Wiktor works as a journalist while preparing a PhD thesis in theology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Wiktor interned at the Polish TV in Chicago and the Goethe University in Frankfurt. He edited the book Poland through the Eyes of Belarusians and writes for such web resources as belsat.eu, nn.by, westki.info, catholic.by, and others. Wiktor comes from Župrany, Ašmiany district.
